Chúng tôi rất vui mừng được chia sẻ điều này với quý vị! Hôm nay chúng tôi chính thức mở My OLOF, ngôi nhà giáo xứ trực tuyến mới của chúng ta. My OLOF thay thế Realm, và Đức Mẹ Fatima là giáo xứ đầu tiên trong Giáo phận Knoxville sử dụng hệ thống mới này.
Thông tin của quý vị đã được chuyển sang, vì vậy đây là một bước nâng cấp, không phải bắt đầu lại từ đầu.
⚠️ Đã từng dùng Realm? Hãy đặt lại mật khẩu trước.
Tài khoản của quý vị đã được chuyển từ Realm, nhưng mật khẩu cũ thì không. Lần đầu tiên đăng nhập:
- Bấm Login, rồi bấm Forgot Password.
- Nhập cùng email quý vị đã dùng cho Realm.
- Nhập mã 6 chữ số chúng tôi gửi qua email, rồi chọn mật khẩu mới.
Không thấy mã? Email đầu tiên có thể mất vài phút và có thể nằm trong thư mục spam hoặc junk. Xin kiểm tra ở đó; nếu vẫn chưa nhận được, xin chờ một lúc rồi thử lại sau. Xin đừng tạo tài khoản mới, vì có thể quý vị sẽ có hai tài khoản.
Mới đăng nhập trực tuyến lần đầu? Bấm Login, rồi Create an Account, và dùng email mà giáo xứ có của quý vị.
Những gì quý vị có thể làm ngay bây giờ
- 🏠 Cập nhật thông tin gia đình: mở My Household và My Profile để kiểm tra địa chỉ, số điện thoại, email và các thành viên trong gia đình.
- 💛 Dâng cúng trực tuyến: Quý vị đã dâng cúng hằng tuần hoặc hằng tháng? Quý vị không cần làm gì cả. Các khoản dâng cúng định kỳ cùng thẻ và tài khoản ngân hàng đã lưu đều được tự động chuyển sang, vì vậy xin đừng tạo thêm một khoản thứ hai. Các khoản dâng cúng mới được thực hiện tại ourladyoffatima.org/vi/give. Xem lịch sử dâng cúng tại My Giving.
- 🤝 Giữ liên lạc với các nhóm: mở My Groups để xem các nhóm và mục vụ quý vị đang tham gia và chọn những gì các thành viên khác có thể thấy.

Parish staff use your information to care for you and keep you connected. Nothing is shown to fellow parishioners unless you choose to share it.
When the parish directory opens, you decide what others can see:
- In Email, Text & Privacy, choose what fellow parishioners will see in the directory.
- In My Household, mark a person's email or cell phone as unlisted, keep your home phone or address unlisted, or hide someone from the online directory.

How to Use My OLOF
Everything you need to sign in, update your family's information, give online, and see your giving, step by step.
1 Sign In the First Time
Our Lady of Fatima has upgraded from Realm to My OLOF, our new parish system with the Diocese of Knoxville. Your information comes with you. On this page, click Login in the Sign In box. You'll see a sign-in page with the Diocese of Knoxville logo. That's the right place.
Used Realm Before?
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your first and last name and the email you used for Realm.
- Type in the 6-digit code we send you (check spam if it doesn't arrive), then choose a new password.
New to Online Sign-In?
- Click Create an account.
- Enter your name and your own email, ideally the one the parish has for you.
- Type in the 6-digit code we send you, then choose a username and password.
Not sure if you had a Realm login? Try Forgot password first. If no account is found, use Create an account with that same email. It still connects to your record and giving history.
Next time, just click Log In. Tick Keep me logged in on your own device, or use Get One-time Code to sign in without a password. Sharing an email with your spouse? Password resets won't work on a shared email, so email or call us and we'll help you each set up your own.
2 Update Your Information and Household
Once you're signed in, the welcome box and the colored quick tiles take you straight to each tool. Use the row of buttons above a tool to switch, or Close to come back. The rest of the page follows our mission: Learn. Pray. Serve. Belong.
My Profile: Your Own Details
- Your name, birthday, marital status, and photo (a .jpg or .png under 5 MB)
- Your contact information and preferred language
- Your email, text, and directory privacy choices
- Your password (Change Password)
My Household: Your Family
Open My Household and choose What Would You Like to Update? The right form opens for you.
- Address or Home Phone: change it and click Save.
- A Person's Details: click Edit Household Member under the person, make your changes, and click Save.
- Add a Family Member: for a new baby or someone who moved in.
- Moved Away or Passed Away? Email or call the office, and we'll update your record.
Only the head of household can change the home address and family members. Please fix your address before year-end so your giving statement reaches you.
3 Give Online
Our online giving moved to MP eGiving on October 29. Already giving every week or month? You don't need to do anything. Your recurring gifts and saved cards and bank accounts moved over on their own. Please don't set up a second recurring gift, or you could be charged twice.
- Go to ourladyoffatima.org/give.
- Sign in with your My OLOF login, or give as a guest with just your email.
- Click the card for what you'd like to give to. The form opens right below it.
- Enter your amount and choose One Time or Recurring (weekly, monthly, and more).
- Pay by card, bank account (ACH), Apple Pay, Google Pay, stock, or crypto.
- Optional: cover the small processing fee so your whole gift reaches the parish. A bank account has the lowest fee.
Text to give: text OLOF and an amount to 73256 (for example, OLOF 50).
4 See Your Giving
My Giving shows every gift we've recorded, whether you gave by envelope, check, card, or bank account. Pick the year at the top to see your total and each gift.
Thank you for your patience. As we move from Realm, some giving records may not have transferred perfectly. If something looks wrong or a gift is missing, email finance@ourladyoffatima.org with the date and amount, and we'll find it. Giving statements are on the way as our new system grows.
5 Groups, Ministries, and More
- My Groups lists the groups you're in, with meeting times and places.
- Find a Group is coming soon. For now, our Ministries page lists every ministry with its own email address.
- Coming soon: Subscriptions, the Parish Directory, event registration, volunteering, and pledges. Each card opens as it's ready.

How Do I…?
Quick answers to the questions we hear most.
I used Realm. How do I sign in?
- Click Login at the top of this page.
- Choose Forgot Password and enter the email you used in Realm.
- Type in the 6-digit code we send you (check your spam folder), then choose a new password.
- If it says no account was found, choose Create an Account with that same email instead.
- Still seeing the old Realm sign-in page? Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.
I've never had a parish login. How do I make one?
- Click Login, then Create an Account.
- Enter your name and the email the parish has for you. Use your own email, not one you share.
- Type in the 6-digit code we send you, then choose a username and password.
How do I update my address or phone number?
- Open My Household.
- Click Edit next to your family name for the address and home phone, or Edit Household Member for a person's email, phones, photo, and privacy choices. Away part of the year? Add a Seasonal Address in the same place.
- Make your changes and click Save.
How do I change my password or preferred language?
- Sign in, then open My Profile.
- Choose Change My Password, or My Details & Language and pick your language under Locale.
- Click Save.
How do I add a new baby or family member?
- Open My Household.
- Click Add Household Member, enter their details, and save.
- Only the head of household can do this. Otherwise, email communications@ourladyoffatima.org or call (865) 982-3672.
