2025 Harvest of Blessings Ministry Request

Request Your Table for Our 2025 Harvest of Blessings - October 18/19th

The Harvest of Blessings Festival is our parish’s annual fall event where ministries and community partners are invited to set up tables and booths to connect with parishioners, provide information, and share ways to get involved.

We ask each ministry that plans to participate to complete the form below as soon as possible so we can prepare adequate space and table setup.

Ministry Event Info:

  • Ministries with a table should have someone present after each weekend Mass:
  • Saturday: 5:00 PM & 7:00 PM (Spanish)
  • Sunday: 8:30 AM & 11:00 AM

  • Your table is an opportunity to:
  • Share resources and invite parishioners into your ministry.
  • Provide sign-up opportunities for upcoming events or service.
  • (Optional) Doing approved fundraising, within diocesan and state guidelines (see below).

You will receive a confirmation email from our parish council representative coordinating this event, along with specific instructions for arrival and setup for the weekend.

Important Fundraising Guidelines As of Fall of 2024

As you plan, please be aware of updates in 2024 regarding
fundraising policies:

  • State law limits ministries to two fundraisers per year.
  • Exceeding this limit could jeopardize our parish’s sales tax exemption in Tennessee.
  • If your ministry chooses to use Harvest of Blessings as one of its two fundraising opportunities, please weigh this decision carefully, as it may limit future options.

These changes are part of our commitment to compliance, financial transparency, and stewardship under Bishop Mark’s direction. Kim, our business manager, can help answer any questions regarding these guidelines.

Sign-Up Now:

  • ✅ Complete the sign-up form below.
  • ✅ Await confirmation and setup instructions via email.
  • ✅ Ensure your ministry team is present and ready to engage parishioners after each mass.

We look forward to your participation as we
celebrate our parish family, share resources, and help ministries grow!
