Pilgrimage and Picnic - Friday, June 13

All are invited to Our Lady of Fatima on Friday, June 13, for an evening of faith, fellowship, and food.

The evening will begin with a Eucharistic Procession at 5:00 PM, starting in the main church, continuing around the church grounds, and concluding with Benediction at the church. The Annual Parish Picnic will follow at 6:15 PM under the Fatima Pavilion.

All are encouraged to bring a dish to share:
A–F:
 Salads
G–O:
 Side Dishes
P–Z:
 Desserts

For those unable to attend the procession in person, a personal pilgrimage is encouraged. Consider walking the Maryville-Alcoa Greenway, a 21.2-mile paved trail connecting parks and neighborhoods in Alcoa and Maryville. This scenic trail offers a peaceful setting for reflection and prayer. Parking is available at various points along the trail, including Bicentennial Park and Sandy Springs Park in Maryville.

Passports for the pilgrimage will be available, and a stamping station will be set up at the picnic for participants to get their passports stamped.

Come enjoy this joyful summer gathering with the parish community.

As part of the 75th Anniversary celebration, pilgrims are invited to join each month on the 13th for special events honoring the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima. Fatima Pilgrimage Passports will be available, and a stamping station will be set up at the picnic. Those who collect all six stamps will receive a special recognition at the November 22 celebration.

A–F: Ensaladas
G–O:
 Acompañamientos
P–Z:
 Postres
