Faith Formation & Middle School Registration For 2026-2027

Faith Formation Registration(FF): 2026-2027

Grades: Preschool (3 yrs. old) - 4th grade Must be 3 yrs old by August 15th and potty trained.

Cursos: Educación infantil (3 años) - 4 de primaria. Es necesario haber cumplido los 3 años antes del 15 de agosto y saber ir al baño sin ayuda.

High School Youth Ministry (HSM): Grades 9–12

All students in grades 9–12 are welcome to join! There is no need to pre-register.

Registration forms will be available on your first night. Students can complete the youth portion during the meeting and take the remaining forms home for a parent or guardian to complete.
