75th Anniversary Celebration Dinner Tickets

Join us for a memorable evening as Our Lady of Fatima celebrates 75 years of faith, community, and service. This milestone marks not only the 75th anniversary of our parish but also the 25th anniversary of our church building. In this Holy Year of Jubilee, Pope Francis invited us to renew ourselves as "Pilgrims of Hope." Learn more about our 75th Anniversary on our webpage.

This celebration is a testament to the enduring spirit of our parish family.

Tickets are not required to attend the mass, but they are required for the dinner reception.

If the cost is a barrier, please contact the parish office to inquire about available scholarship opportunities.

You are welcome to print your ticket or use your phone. BUT don’t worry if you forget! We will have a check-in sheet at the event with all ticket holders’ names.

Evening Highlights:

• Bilingual Mass celebrated by Bishop Mark Beckman at 5:00 PM (Mass will be at OLOF). St. Cecilia Music Prelude at 4:30 PM
• Doors open beginning at 6:30 PM
• Dinner & Program featuring reflections on our parish's journey and vision for the future
• Live Entertainment to enhance the festive atmosphere
• Special Recognition for those who have been instrumental in our parish's growth and service

Únase a nosotros para una noche memorable mientras Nuestra Señora de Fátima celebra 75 años de fe, comunidad y servicio. Este hito marca no solo el 75º aniversario de nuestra parroquia, sino también el 25º aniversario de nuestro edificio de la iglesia. En este Año Santo de Jubileo, el Papa Francisco nos invito a renovarnos como "Peregrinos de Esperanza". Aprenda mas acerca de nuestro anivesario de 75 años.

Esta celebración es un testimonio del espíritu de nuestra familia parroquial.

No se requieren boletos para asistir a la misa, pero sí son necesarios para la cena de recepción.

Si el costo representa un impedimento, por favor comuníquese con la oficina parroquial para consultar sobre las becas disponibles.

Está bien imprimir su ticket o usar su teléfono. ¡Pero no se preocupe si lo olvida! Tendremos una lista de registro en el evento con los nombres de todos los boletos.

Instructions: How to Buy Tickets for the 75th Anniversary Dinner:

Step 1 – Go to the Eventbrite Page

1. Click the link above that says “Purchase Tickets”.

Step 2 – Open the Tickets Window

1. On the Eventbrite page, you may read information about the event.
2. Click the button “Get Tickets”.
3. The seating map will appear.

Step 3 – Choose Your Seating Section

• Legacy Seating – For parishioners who joined Our Lady of Fatima before the year 2000.
• General Admission – For parishioners who joined later, and all guests.

👉 Please only select “Legacy” seats if that applies to your family.

Step 4 – Pick Your Table and Seat

1. You may purchase your tickets either through the options to get the next available.
2. OR You may purchase your tickets by selecting a specific table/seat by clicking "Buy On Map".
3. If chosing to select specific seats, on the map, click the table you would like.
4. Then click the chair(s) for the number of tickets you need.

• Buying for family? Select several seats.
• Sitting with friends? Coordinate first so you pick the same table.

Step 5 – Review Ticket Types

Check that you have the right kind of ticket for each person:

• Adults (ages 12+): $25
• Children (ages 4–11): $12.95
• Children under 3: Free (a ticket is still needed if they require a seat)

Step 6 – Checkout

1. Once you have selected all your seats/tickets, click Checkout.
2. Enter your name, email, and details.
3. Choose your meal option (Pot Roast, Chicken Marsala, or Vegetarian).

• Children’s meals will be chicken tenders.

   4. Complete information for each attendee.

   5. Enter your payment information.

   6. Click Place Order.

Step 7 – Confirmation

1. A confirmation page will appear after payment.
2. You’ll also receive an email from Eventbrite with your ticket(s).

Important Note About Tickets

• You are welcome to print your ticket or show it on your phone.
• BUT don’t worry if you forget! We will have a check-in sheet at the event with all ticket holders’ names.

Helpful Tips:

• Have your credit card ready before you start.
• Decide on your table with friends before you buy, if you want to sit together.
• Call the parish office if you need assistance.

Instrucciones: Cómo Comprar Boletos para la Cena del 75º Aniversario

Paso 1 – Ir a la Página de Eventbrite

1. Haga clic en el enlace de arriba que dice “Purchase Tickets” (Comprar Tickets).

Paso 2 – Abrir la Ventana de Tickets

1. En la página de Eventbrite, puede leer información sobre el evento.
2. Haga clic en el botón “Get Tickets” (Obtener Tickets).
3. Aparecerá el seating map (mapa de asientos).

Paso 3 – Elegir su Sección de Asientos

• Legacy Seating – Para los feligreses que se unieron a Our Lady of Fatima antes del año 2000.
• General Admission – Para los feligreses que se unieron después y todos los invitados.

👉 Por favor, seleccione asientos de “Legacy” solo si eso aplica a su familia.

Paso 4 – Elegir su Mesa y Silla

1. Puede comprar sus tickets usando la opción para obtener el próximo asiento disponible.
2. O puede comprar sus tickets seleccionando una mesa/asiento específico haciendo clic en “Buy On Map” (Comprar en el Mapa).
3. Si elige seleccionar asientos específicos: En el mapa, haga clic en la "table" mesa que desea.
4. Luego haga clic en la(s) silla(s) "chair(s)" según la cantidad de tickets que necesite.

• ¿Comprando para la familia? Seleccione varias sillas.
• ¿Desea sentarse con amigos? Coordínese primero para elegir la misma mesa.

Paso 5 – Revisar los Tipos de Tickets

Revise que tenga el tipo correcto de ticket para cada persona:

• Adultos (Edades 12+): $25
• Niños (Edades 4–11): $12.95
• Niños menos de 3: Gratis (necesita un ticket si requieren asiento)

Paso 6 – Proceder al Pago

1. Una vez seleccionados todos sus asientos/tickets, haga clic en Checkout (Proceder al Pago).
2. Ingrese su nombre, correo electrónico y detalles.
3. Elija su opción de comida (Pot Roast, Chicken Marsala o Vegetarian).

• La comida de los niños será Chicken Tenders.

1. Complete la información de cada asistente.
2. Ingrese su payment information (información de pago).
3. Haga clic en Place Order (Realizar Pedido).

Paso 7 – Confirmación

• Aparecerá una página de confirmation (Confirmación) después del pago.
• También recibirá un email de Eventbrite con su(s) ticket(s).

Nota Importante Sobre los Tickets

• Está bien imprimir su ticket o mostrarlo en su teléfono.
• ¡Pero no se preocupe si lo olvida! Tendremos una check-in sheet (lista de registro) en el evento con los nombres de todos los que compraron ticket.

• Tenga lista su tarjeta de pago antes de comenzar.
• Decida su mesa con amigos antes de comprar, si desean sentarse juntos.
