Music at Our Lady of Fatima

 Fatima Schola Cantorum (Singing School)

 Birth to Pre-Kindergarten (Thursdays at 10:00 AM in the Nursery)
This class uses movement, instruments and singing games to teach music fundamentals. 

Girl’s Choir for Grades K-12 (10:00 AM in the music room)

Boy’s Choir for Grades K-12 (11:00 AM in the music room) 

Once each month, these groups sing at the Saturday Evening 5:00 PM Mass.  The girl’s choir sings on the third Saturday of each month, and the boys on the fourth Saturday.  Please notify all young ladies and gentlemen of this opportunity to serve Christ at our parish. 

The Fatima Choir

This adult-mixed chorus provides the music leadership for the Sunday 11:00 AM Mass.  It is led by choirmaster, Mary Garner, and offers semi-traditional repertoire for the Mass.  Rehearsals are Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM in the music room. 

The Contemporary Group

This ensemble is comprised of singers and instrumentalists from guitar to violin and provides music leadership for the 8:30 AM Sunday Mass except for the second Saturday of each month when they will sing the Vigil Mass.  It is led by parishioners Mary Tankersley and Marie Ward, and offers the contemporary repertoire of the church.  Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7:30 PM in the music room.  Click here to see photo

The Spanish Music

This dedicated group provides music for the 7:00 PM Saturday Mexican-Style Spanish Mass.  Rehearsals are on Tuesdays evenings at 7:00 PM in the Pre-K classroom and Saturdays at 6:00 PM in the Music Room.
